5 Tips for better Mental Well-being!
1. Mind Matters - up to 97% of sickness, disease, anxiety, and depression starts with how we think. Start today finding three ways every day to be grateful and thankful and youโll find your mental health quickly improves.
2. Food = mood (if youโre eating junk you feel like junk, if youโre eating crop you feel like crap. Eat good, healthy food and youโll start feeling good physically and mentally.
3. Exercise = energy = feel great
15-20 mins of heart-racing energy actually revitalises you and makes you feel energised, uplifted, positive and great! Start today getting some groovy moving going and youโll start feeling better.
4. What we watch has a big impact on wellness. Lots of people feel incredibly better in themselves by turning off or reducing the amount of time they spend on social media. Go out and see beautiful things in nature, especially take time to look at blue and green. Take a phone break, tv/movies/game break and you will start feeling more and more up and up!
5. Be mindful what you listen to and read - this can have a significant impact on how you feel because it directly affects your feelings and emotions. Try playing uplifting music and reading books that lift you up rather than pull you down.
