It's just as important as physical first aid! Mental Health First Aid equips us with the skills and knowledge to provide initial help to someone who may be experiencing a mental health crisis or challenge.

Do you have the knowledge and skills to help a friend or family member in Need?

At least one in four people will experience a common mental illness at some point in their lifetime with some mental illnesses being equally as debilitating as having a terminal medical condition.

MHFA increases mental health literacy, which in turn decreases stigma, and promotes early intervention leading to quicker recovery, and improved mental health and overall wellbeing.

What is truly special about MHFA is that it is an evidence-based course that is informed by guidelines developed through the expert consensus of people with a lived experience of mental health problems and professionals.
