• You don’t need more motivation — you need better conversations

• One conversation a day could change your health

• This is why connection matters more than you think

• The most underrated tool for TRANSFORMATION? Conversation

💭Let that sink in.

Not more content.
Not more scrolling.
Connection.

Because connection isn’t optional —
it’s essential for your health.

And this is exactly why I created the UNLMTD Podcast.

Real conversations that inspire strength, fuel energy and drive lasting transformation.

We go deeper than surface-level.

Into the habits…
the mindset…
the discipline…
and the real stories behind people who refuse to settle.

Because strength isn’t just built in the gym.

It’s built in conversations.
The right ones.
At the right time.

Send this to someone you need to check in with 🤍
🎙️And follow along for conversations that actually move you forward.

You train outdoors. Your skin takes the hit ☀️

UV damage is cumulative — not just about burning.

A ‘new large scale study shows that B3 cuts cancer risk’. (Jama Dermatology).

🧠 Nicotinamide (vitamin B3) supports skin DNA repair after sun exposure and has evidence for reducing non-melanoma skin cancer risk in high-risk people.

⚠️ Not a sunscreen
⚠️ Not proven to prevent melanoma
✔️ Supports long-term skin resilience

Think of it as recovery support for your skin, not a free pass in the sun.

Strong body. Smart habits. Long-term health.

What we eat and daily movement isn’t just light things to do, its the way we were created to live. Diet and exercise are the heavy hitters.

Amongst so many benefits remember these:
❤️helps reduce inflammation and chronic disease risk
🧠helps reduce and manage stress
👥improves social and mental wellbeing

Menopause = Hormone Shift 🔁 Time to Train Smarter.

If you’re in perimenopause or menopause, your old routine might not cut it anymore. It’s not about doing more—it’s about doing what actually works with your changing body.

🚫 What doesn’t work anymore:
• Just Pilates or yoga (not enough resistance)
• Daily HIIT (burnout > results)
• Endless cardio (hello stress hormones 👋)
• 1,200-calorie diets (slows metabolism)
• Skipping breakfast or fasted workouts (low energy + low gains)
• 2 lb “toning” workouts
• Same routine for months (your body adapts = plateaus)

✅ What does work in menopause:
• Strength or full-body functional training 3–5x/week
• 30g protein within an hour of waking 🍳 and prioritised throughout the day
• Carb cycling or a high-protein approach 🥗
• Daily walking to balance hormones + support recovery 🚶‍♀️
• Switching up your workouts every 4–8 weeks
• Creatine + recovery-focused supplements
• More fuel (especially around workouts!)—not less 💪

✨ Menopause is a reset, not a setback.

Support your hormones. Build lean muscle. Thrive through this season.

💪

What are you doing today to BE in good health?

Don’t wait until you’re already in a state of dis-ease.
We were already given the tools and access to knowledge to have good health.
Times are changing and it’s because there is a need to.
But it has to start with you. You’re the one moving, feeding and being in your body.

We all have access to convenience, it doesn’t mean you should use it, eat it or live that way if it isn’t good for you and your future self.

However technology can be used to your health and longevity advantage, such as tracking your daily movement, heart rate and sleep. Over time you can use this data, to improve your health and habits.

Tomorrow is Mother’s Day.
I’ve been fortunate to have a Mum who gave up so much for me and my brother,
and showed so much Love to my son when she could.
Stroke & neurological decline has taken much of her speech (aphasia), but nothing will take away a lifetime of memories.
I miss our daily text or call.

Whatever the time we have, I’ll do my best to set the example now for my own, and be grateful for all I’ve had.

And I will keep on advocating for daily exercise, especially resistance training, health diet and lifestyle factors.

To all the Mums, or mum-figures, remember you are necessary, you need to show up, not just for you but for them.. and thank you. 💕🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒🧑‍🧑‍🧒🐶
