16 fights and 2 Times worlds disabled swimming champion) 35 plus yrs as a disabled athlete👊

Time: 6am sat and 5 pm Boxing and bootcamp!
Days Monday Wednesday Friday 5am and 5pm Saturday 6 am

Location: Cairns Esplanade on the pier
Cost : $10
Time :Come along for the Meet and greet at 5.45 am at the salt house .
Open to able and disabled athletes..
There are no limits or restrictions..

It's never too early to talk to your kids,
But it can be too Late

Stop leaving your kids with them.
Stop leaving your children with your boyfriends you barely know.
Stop letting your family members you don't entirely trust watch them because it's free.

If you have a gut feeling about someone that doesn't sit right with you when it comes to your child, cut all ties with this person.

Firstly you called me Names
Then you threatened me, that
I would be bashed by the sunstate boxing enforcer Redlynch Boxing Trainer, Ken Dolton on my own fight night.
Then Ken Dolton sent a mile of intimidating and threatening texts to confirm your threats.
To finish you threatened me with a life Ban from Sunstate Boxing if I went to the public about the sick individuals you have in your organisation and in your Boxing club Art of Strength Townsville!
The depth taken to keep everything hidden and your continual denial of any wrong doing is a massive concern to myself and the Boxing community.
Now the truth is out ..

Just so we are very fu***ng Clear!!!
I won't be held Quiet!!
And I don't get intimidated by you or the little lad ken Dolton from Redlynch Boxing Club Cairns!

Scorpio lodge was the name of the boxing gym I joined at the age of 14!
Head Trainer was Sharky Hughes
And the brains of the gym was Lance Hughes
Sharky's Brother

The colours of Scorpio lodge gym are White and black with a 🦂 logo on the back!

So with pride, Hitpitgym wears the same colours except ( black/white)and has a 🦂 logo.
Hitpitgyms name Came from the movie (Million Dollar Baby) and our scorpion logo and colours are in respect to my trainer Sharky Hughes and my club Scorpio lodge
