The 30 day Anxiety Challenge - A Teaser
Are you OK?
It shouldn't be just left to one day where we remember to check in with mates or think about our mental health, especially us men. We've been conditioned to keep it all in to show our strength.
Well ~ It's not doing you or those around you any favours, keeping all that struggle in. These words in the video don't have to be the lies you tell people, so people don't know the struggle behind it.
It's about time you're honest with yourself about the struggle. About wanting to better yourself. I'm here to guide you by showing you tools you can use to help you through the tough times.
Our visits will be ALL online, at suitable time for both of us. It can also be where ever that's quiet and most comfortable. You can be rest assured you're speaking with someone that's had over 2 decades of experience. So I've seen it all...
Many have come through, thinking they didn't need help or my kind of help, but now truly appreciate contacting me, as otherwise they wouldn't be here today. Living a good life, using the tools I've shown them.
Your mental health is important, because you are important to those around you. Even if it might not seem that way at the moment.
So let's have a chat and get you back on track!

"Gilbert River" crossing to a cattle station in the Etheridge shire. This "river" should be flowing fast at this time of the year. With the El Niño being forecast, it does not look like it will be flowing any time soon as the Etheridge Shire approaches its 4th year of drought.
