We are so lucky to have Clinical Myotherapist Anna Drum from Capability Health working within our clinic!

Our team of coaches were lucky enough to have the wonderful Anna from Capability Health visit our studio yesterday to talk all things Myotherapy.

Anna is working out of Optimum Physio & Pilates and is seeing clients now. Her treatment method is very hands on, working to release both fascia and muscle tension. She will often use dry needles and cupping to assist her.
