Kinesiology uses an holistic approach to health care. I look at the whole person on a physical, emotional, nutritional, chemical and energetic level, by using gentle muscle testing techniques to gain accurate information about your current issues and what is needed to help your body, mind and soul to restore balance. I treat a wide range of ailments including stress, muscular disorders, nervous disorders, digestive problems, nutritional deficiencies, emotional problems and learning and behavioural difficulties. My aim is to get to the root cause of your pain or illness, rather than just treat the symptoms. Only then does your body have the opportunity to heal itself. Some of the many supports used include; Emotional Stress Release and Mind Body Awareness; Affirmations and Flower Essences; Homeopathy; Nutritional advice; Massaging of muscle and lymph; Meridian Tracing/Flushing; Reflexology/Acupressure Holding Points; Essential Oils and Chakra Balancing. All sessions are individually tailored to suit each person's needs for optimal wellbeing.

If you were standing in the middle of nature, surrounded by trees, you would see a whole lot of different trees.
Some of them would be tall, some would be leaning over. Some would only have one limb.
You would understand that the trees grow in different ways, shapes and form depending on how much LIGHT they receive.

You don't criticise or judge any tree ... you simply allow it to be. It is what it is ... beautiful in it's own unique way. You accept there is both perfect and imperfect parts in nature.

What happens then, when you stand in a room full of people? All that just disappears 🤔 and you start comparing.
If you make judgement of someone based on their appearance, beliefs or choices, what does that really say about YOU?

Think about it ...

Can we all not just see each other as trees? Allow each other to be ourselves, to make our own choices & not discriminate against each other based on those personal choices?

You don't know everyone's story. You don't know how much light they grew up with, or how much light is in their life right now.

You can however stop judging.

A time for rest, reflection, storing, conserving, service, maintenance, appreciating, gratitude, ambition, evaluating & will power.

Your body knows when the sun is hiding 😉 and has a biological response to changing light levels.
It's your body's circadian rhythm (internal clock) that responds to the changing light levels and it tells us when to feel sleepy and when to wake up. It also plays a big role in a lot of other systems in our body like hormone release, temperature regulation, metabolism and mood.

So if you are feeling less energy than usual this could be why!

Here are some quick tips to help:

♡ Let there be light ... open up your blinds and step outside as much as possible.

♡ Exercise at least a couple of times each week to naturally boost seratonin levels (which fall during winter months)

♡ Comfort foods.... ditch the sugary carbs for nourishing soups and casseroles loaded with seasonal veggies, quality protein and healthy omega's.

♡ Drink plenty of water and/or herbal teas to help boost energy and mood.

♡ Nurture yourself with a treatment you love or have been wanting to try. Massage, kinesiology & reiki etc are great ways for an instant "pick me up".

♡ Phone a friend. Or better still, catch up in person. There is nothing that lifts our spirits more than a cuppa and chat with a friend and this can completely change your day 😊

♡ Enjoy learning something new like a course or hobby that doesn't depend on good weather 😉

♡ Most of all, be kind to yourself. A short winter hibernation is totally ok. Listen to your body and rest whenever you need. Think of it as preparation for the new you that will blossom in the Spring 🙌

If you want to change ANY aspect of your life, you must first look to your thoughts.
What you THINK about directly influences how you FEEL, and how you feel directly impacts how your body REACTS.
These constant daily body reactions, directly influence how you BEHAVE, and how you behave comes to define who you are and what you experience in life.

The good news is this ...
Your thoughts don't actually have any real power. It is only when you give them too much attention that they begin to seem real.

How can you create more positive thought patterns?

♡ Increase your awareness by observing your emotions and how your body reacts.
♡ Be more concious of what thoughts you give attention to.
♡ Actively choose to focus on more positive thoughts and feelings throughout your day.
♡ Try some tapping techniques or positive affirmations when you catch yourself living in the same negative thought pattern. This is where YOU get to choose how YOU feel!

Some examples:

♡ My body is a temple which I treasure each day

♡ My emotions are calm and free from stress

♡ I open up my energies and allow myself to feel joy

♡ I release all negative emotions with ease

♡ Every cell in my body is filled with divine healing light
