I am a passionate mum, I love my babies to the moon and back but I know I could not function and enjoy them as much as I do without sleep! I am a certified baby and toddler sleep consultant, trained to work with families and children from pregnancy up to 5 years of age. I know the toll that sleeplessness can take on your family, mental health and relationships. Having a baby is one of the most magical times of your life however it is a massive transition also. If you have a baby that is a terrible sleeper it makes the transition to parenthood even harder. I will support you through the process so that you can get more sleep and baby will stop waking unnecessarily.
