Pelvic pain affects 1 in 5 women and 1 in 12 men.
It is estimated that over 300 million people worldwide suffer from pelvic pain.
Growing up as a competitive gymnast, my active lifestyle had been interrupted by episodes of pelvic pain.
Initially it was sporadic, and gradually affected my performance, eventually becoming something I had to deal with on a daily basis. As a teenager, I often felt it would be something that would be a part of my life forever, which was extremely overwhelming. There was a lot of trials and errors made along the way, with different treatment modalities, exercises, and even medications, but in the end I managed to make my way to full recovery.
With the knowledge and experience I have since accumulated, I am passionate about helping people who are experiencing pelvic pain, so they know they don't have to go through this alone.
