We had an opportunity to catch up all together and looked back on how 2025 has just flied through.

[ATTENTION to all parents!]

Our clinic is now running an exercise class to work on physical wellness of fast growing teenagers. We will aim to work and target on:

- Posture
- Strength
- Coordination
- Exercises techniques

We only have limited space for this, thanks to our Physio Mayco who has been amazing in running exercises classes.

By attending our classes Mayco will assess them and assist them to have better understanding on what is happening with their growth and provide good guidance to work on above components.

Classes:
Monday 4-5pm
[More classes to be arranged]

Limited spots, as only 4 people maximum per class

We are pleased to introduce our new exercise program!💥

-Senior Strength/Rehab Class:
Every Monday at 8.30am &
Every Thursday and Friday at 9am

-Junior strengthening🦸🦸‍♀️ Class:
After school hours from 3:30pm onward till 5pm (time will vary depending on amount of participants)

-No more than 4 people per class💪
-Private health rebate available✨
-Running between 45-60min, you can choose your limit! 😉
