Established in 1976 by a group of parents with a vision for their children, we pride ourselves on being person focused, friendly, flexible and fun! Our Vision is that people who have a disability are empowered to reach their full potential, dreams and aspirations, enabling them to enjoy a fulfilling life of their choosing as valued members of the community. Last week we hosted our annual Staff Development Day!

Over 200 of our Disability Support Workers came together to connect and learn. 💡

We were privileged to hear from expert guest spekaers who shared valuable insights:

🔹 True Relationships on supporting relationships, consent and personal safety
🔹 Focus Child Safety on Queensland Child Safe Standards
🔹 The Mindset Academy on resilience, mental health and professional boundaries
🔹 Innate Therapies on grief and loss through an interactive art therapy session
