ARC Disability Services Inc. ARC is a community-based organisation providing disability support for over 45 years in Cairns.

Established in 1976 by a group of parents with a vision for their children, we pride ourselves on being person focused, friendly, flexible and fun! Our Vision is that people who have a disability are empowered to reach their full potential, dreams and aspirations, enabling them to enjoy a fulfilling life of their choosing as valued members of the community. We work collaboratively with our service users, their support networks and the community to facilitate a range of options and opportunities which promote active participation for all.

This week we were treated to a sneak peek into the Mexican Soul show!

It was a vibrant celebration of Mexican culture and tradition from folkloric dancing, mariachi singing and pinatas! 💃🎤🇲🇽

Looking for something fun to do this weekend? They are doing more shows with even more performers over the next few days!

Matthew's Kuranda Adventure 🐊

"Hi, my name is Matthew and this year I set myself a goal of getting out into the community more and experiencing new adventures.

I recently went to the Rainforestation in Kuranda for a day trip and had an amazing time! I really enjoyed going on the army duck boats and looking at all the wildlife including crocodiles!

My favourite part of the day was watching the Pamagirri Aboriginal Experience which was a dance routine on stage with the didgeridoo, they performed a Dreamtime walk which was mesmerising! I'm really excited to book in my next day out!"
