The Botanica Sales Team are moving in to their brand new sales suite and we are celebrating with an Open Day and sausage sizzle!

Join us for a beautiful summer’s day, and experience all that Botanica has to offer. Enjoy a classic summer sausage sizzle and cool beverage, 4CA will be broadcasting live, and the team will be giving personal tours of the outstanding resort we love! Our display homes and resort facilities will be open for viewing by appointment. You may even be able to challenge the residents to a friendly game of bowls!

There are so many ways to stay active and healthy at Botanica. Our tennis/pickleball court is always popular with friends meeting for a game or two followed by a cool drink in the clubhouse.

We are beaming with pride! Congratulations to Botanica residents raised $8300 for the Cancer Council at Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea.

We spotted a couple of Rainbow Bee-Eaters last week. Did you know it’s the only species of bee-eater found in Australia? They are ground nesters, so please keep a look out for nests when walking.

🎂 Last Month’s Birthday Bash Event 🎂

Our community came together to celebrate in style. With the Botanica Boyz band setting the mood, the bar open, and plenty of delicious food and birthday cake to share, it was an evening of good company and great fun.
