Still drinking coffee right after waking up?
Here’s why your body might not love it…

When you wake up, your cortisol (stress & energy hormone) naturally spikes to get you going.
If you add caffeine on top of that, you’re more likely to:
• Mess with your natural rhythm
• Build up a caffeine tolerance
• Feel more jittery, tired later, or wired at night

Better idea?
Wait 90–120 minutes after waking before your first coffee. That’s when cortisol dips, and caffeine works better without hijacking your hormones.

Tip:
If you usually drink coffee first thing, try delaying by just 30 mins to start — and reduce slowly to avoid headaches or withdrawal.

Your hormones (and your sleep!) will thank you.

• 体内リズム(サーカディアンリズム)が乱れやすくなる
• カフェインへの耐性がつきやすくなる
• 逆に日中に疲れやすくなったり、夜に眠れなくなったりすることも…

おすすめの方法は?
起床後すぐではなく、90〜120分後にコーヒーを飲むのがベスト。
このタイミングでカフェインを摂ると、ホルモンのリズムを邪魔せず、スッキリとした効果を得られます。

コツ:
いつも朝イチでコーヒーを飲んでいる方は、まずは30分だけ遅らせるところから始めましょう。
ゆっくりと時間をずらすことで、頭痛やだるさなどのカフェイン離脱症状も防げます。

ホルモンも、睡眠の質も整って一石二鳥です!
