Adaptive Exercise Physiology Adaptive Exercise Physiology is a locally owned and operated mobile exercise physiology practice.

Providing clients with individualized and tailored exercise prescription to help with the prevention, management, treatment and rehabilitation of a board range of acute and chronic medical conditions. Our exercise physiologist is accredited with ESSA (Exercise & Sport Science Australia) and are tertiary qualified with specific fields of expertise. We provide clinical services not only for those who experience acute or chronic medical conditions, but also we can assist with:

- Sports performance
- Kinesiology Taping (ROCKTAPE)
- Strength and conditioning
- Movement analysis
- Motivation
- Goal setting
- Health education
- Sports psychology
- Return to work
- Workplace assessments and functional capacity evaluations

These services are able to be accessed by:
- General Public
- Medicare EPC (Enhanced Primary Care)Plans
- Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA); White and Gold card holders
- Private Health Insurance/Self-Referral
