🚴‍♂️ They took Izzi to Aeroglen—crossing Barron river-Lake placid-Catana wetland-Yorkeys k**b and back in this morning. What a great cycling day it is! I must say “how lucky I am !!!” I have never been or never known lovely bike way.
🚴‍♂️ “Mind and body are always together. When you are getting older, you need more exercise or muscle mass!”
🚴🏾 The humble greatest cyclist said, “the bike is ZEN.” Also his wife is the expert of health. Izzi was just amazed their story and how wonderful to get out by bicycle with them. Totally totally loved 🥰
