We had a great time teaching the Specialist Non-Surgical Knee Masterclass with Dr Kieran Richardson Global Specialist Physiotherapy

We had great discussions on non-operative ACL, multi-ligament, MCL, PCL and meniscal injury management, and how Physiotherapists play an important role in knee ligamentous healing with exercise and also with bracing protocols.

Non-operative lumbar spine practical

We had a great time teaching our non-operative lumbar spine course in Hobart, Tasmania this past weekend with Global Specialist Physiotherapy and Dr Kieran Richardson.

Here is some feedback from the course:

The movement retraining was GOLD! Ive applied the principles to three patients already. Ive had two active extensor and one passive extensor.

I think there's a good balance of academic research and clinical gems. Also I thought it was well paced with enough time for group discussion without an impending sense of "we have to move on, otherwise we wont get through everything". Perhaps one take away is "less is more".
