New strength cycle starts today… can you guess what it is 👀

For the next 8 weeks, every Tuesday we’ll be building towards a SN**CH 1RM ‼️

Each week we’ll progressively develop technique, speed and strength, finishing with max testing in week 8.

Never done Olympic lifting before? Never been to a Tuesday class? Don’t stress. Our coaches are here to guide you every step of the way. You don’t need to attend all 8 weeks or start in week 1, jump in whenever it suits. Everything can be scaled and modified to suit your experience level.

New here? Your first week is FREE.

If you’ve been training at The Ground recently, you’ve probably already met Coach Gracie. But if not, let us officially introduce her.

With a competitive powerlifting background (we’re talking national records 😮‍💨) and currently in her third year studying physiotherapy, Gracie brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm to The Ground.

She’ll be coaching tomorrow’s (Saturday’s) partner WOD, so come join the fun and say hi!

Bea has been a member of The Ground for just over a year, and she brings 110% to every single session. You’ll often find her in Open Gym most mornings, putting in the extra work and quietly chasing long-term goals with real dedication.

After a year of consistent effort, Bea recently achieved her strict ring muscle-up, a huge milestone and a true reflection of her patience, persistence, and work ethic. On top of that, she’s always positive and encouraging to those around her, which makes the gym a better place to train.

Hard-working, driven, and an incredible energy to have in the room. So well deserved, Bea ✨
