Established in 2006 with all services in one location required for womens health, including ultrasound and midwifery. Since 2006, Cairns Obstetrics and Gynaecology has been providing the only integrated Womens Health Service in the region. Services offered include Fertility, including full IVF treatment via QFG, Ultrasound, Obstetrics, Midwifery, CTG fetal monitoring services, Lactation support, Gynaecology, Mirena insertion with innovative local anaesthetic technique, Colposcopy, MonaLisa Touch laser vulval treatment as well as Vulval clinics with Vulvoscopy, we also have pathology services on site in pregnancy - so blood tests, urine and swabs can all be done under the one roof. Dear patients, due to the uncertainty of Cyclone Jasper, Dr. Natalie feels its best for the safety of our staff and patients to close our clinic on Wednesday the 13/12/23. Please contact the Cairns Hospital (07) 4226 0000 for any emergencies until we are back in the clinic on the 14/12/23 at 9am.

Please be advised that Dr. Kiesey-Calding will be retiring from private practice on December 14th 2023 and the rooms will be Permanently closed thereafter.

After 16 years of private practice and having delivered thousands of Cairns locals she has made the difficult decision to retire from private practice and close the rooms. With the loss of her colleague and friend, Dr. Tom Wright and the private hospital closing the maternity service in November, the time is right for the next chapter.

We will be contacting all patients who have an appointment after the 14th of December with alternate options, but please feel free to contact us to discuss personally.

Thank you for allowing us to look after you, we will miss you all terribly.
