The following daily tasks are some of the key responsibilities for this position:

- Greeting patients, answering phones, and booking appointments in our Best Practice appointment book
- Arriving and triaging patients accurately
- Billing and receipting payments from patients and/or third parties
- Administration support (scanning, importing of faxes, medical records exporting, recalling patients, debtors follow up etc).
- Adherence to relevant RACGP standards, comply with privacy and confidentiality principles
