Before the first sunrise touched the earth, before the oceans learned the rhythm of the tide, God imagined a heart strong enough to carry His gentleness into the world. So He created woman. Not as an afterthought, not as a shadow of man, but as a sacred calling—
a living reflection of His nurturing love. Into her hands He placed mysteries: the ability to grow life beneath her heart, to feel another soul before it speaks, to hold pain and still choose compassion. A woman is one of God’s quietest miracles. She is the place where life first hears a heartbeat. The voice that teaches children their first language of love. The patience that waits through seasons because she trusts the seeds God planted will grow. God gave women a strength that often looks like softness. The strength to forgive when bitterness would be easier. The strength to nurture when the world grows cold. The strength to stand again even when life bends her to her knees. Where the world measures power in noise, God placed His power in her quiet faith. Look closely and you will see it everywhere.
In mothers who pray over sleeping children. In daughters who carry hope into broken places. In sisters who remind others of their worth when they have forgotten it themselves. Women are not simply part of creation—they are part of God's promise to it.
Through them, He reminds humanity that love is not weakness. It is His greatest force. Every act of care,
every gentle word, every sacrifice made without applause is a small echo of the heart of God. And somewhere tonight, a woman will whisper a prayer for someone else before she sleeps. That prayer may never be seen by the world—but heaven hears it.
Today we honor women not only for what they do, but for the divine gift they carry within them. A calling written by God Himself: to bring life, to protect hope, to keep love alive even in the darkest hours. If you want to see the tenderness of God walking on earth, look at a woman who loves deeply. There you will find one of His most beautiful creations.

Shifts: Ongoing, consistent, and stable hours

Extensive Training Provided

We provide full, ongoing training to ensure both you and the participant feel confident, safe, and supported.

Training includes:
✔ 1 month of buddy shifts to help you feel confident and well-prepared
✔ Hoist operation and safe manual handling
✔ Behavioural support strategies
✔ Safety and wellbeing practices
✔ Culturally responsive care
✔ NDIS practice standards
✔ Responsive & available management team
✔ Medication awareness and training delivered by nursing team

📄 Requirements

• Torres Strait Islander or Pacific Islander background preferred
• Experience supporting participants with high physical and complex needs
• NDIS Worker Screening
• Police Check
• First Aid & CPR
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Culturally aware, safe, non-judgmental, and confident

Redirection Care Services & Cairns Quality Care celebrated a combined end of year Christmas party for our staff. This was our very first Christmas party celebration as Redirection Care, a milestone and a gift in itself. We had the most incredible time, laughing, eating, dancing and just taking every moment in with gratitude.

Redirection Care is beyond blessed to be in collaboration with incredible industry peers whose values not only align with ours but who serves with the heart we have. We’re ready to dig our heels in & bring it in 2026, bigger and better.
