Just because it’s the weekend doesn’t mean it’s time to let your goals get run over by a pizza delivery scooter. 🚴‍♂️🍕

This isn’t a diet. It’s a lifestyle — which means yes, you can still have brunch, just maybe not five croissants deep.

✨ No need to be a health saint.
✨ Just try not to eat like a raccoon in a bin.
✨ Enjoy the moment and honour your goals — both can coexist, like leggings and oversized hoodies.

Go for the walk (even if it’s just to spy on your neighbours’ gardens).
Drink the water (coffee doesn’t count, sorry).
Rest without guilt (yes, Netflix marathons count).
Eat to feel good — not because “Monday Me” can deal with the damage.

You’re not “on” or “off.”
You’re evolving — like a classy Pokémon with better snacks. 💪
