Who even is Inspire Physio & Massage?

I believe building a great therapeutic alliance with your physio is important so here's a bit about me:
> I am a entrepreneur with 2 small businesses - Inspire physio & Creative Flow Art (perks of a neurodivergent brain) : )
> I have strong personal values around creating time and space for family, fitness and creative pursuits & blessing others in different ways as I am prompted to.
> I love starting new things & making new connections.
> People and socialising energise me.
> I have overcome the trauma and challenge of hardship ( 2 x open heart surgeries in 2yrs) and now...
> I surf, skate, play soccer, & love busting out the worm and other breakdance moves while inappropriately wearing nice dresses... why not enjoy life I say!

One thing I love about my job is connecting with clients and helping them.
Not just to heal physically from injury or disease, but to see a way forward mentally and emotionally as well.
As rubbish as the situations we find ourselves in often feel, we can be used for good and to bless and inspire those around us through the process.

A week ago I dropped into a 4 foot ramp at Alex skate park, and unlike the past 20 or so drop-ins… this one did not go so well 🙃
I was a little scared I had broken my ankle as well as sprained it.
It’s about a week on and I’m feeling a lot less anxious about that possibility thank goodness.

Stay tuned as I share more about my journey rehabbing my ankle and getting back to skateboarding.
