Not just to heal physically from injury or disease, but to see a way forward mentally and emotionally as well.

A week ago I dropped into a 4 foot ramp at Alex skate park, and unlike the past 20 or so drop-ins… this one did not go so well 🙃
I was a little scared I had broken my ankle as well as sprained it.
It’s about a week on and I’m feeling a lot less anxious about that possibility thank goodness.

Stay tuned as I share more about my journey rehabbing my ankle and getting back to skateboarding.

Funding for Veteran's to receive physio care is pretty tragic.
The government currently only pays about 70% what physio's should rightfully be getting for their time and training.
This means physio's either cop a significant $ cut or the Veterans themselves wont get the care they truly need.
Its time for the government to reevaluate this fee structure and bring it into line with other funding bodies and private client fees.
