🎉✨ Happy New Year, everyone! 🌟🎊

As we bid farewell to 2023 and welcome in a brand new year, I can't help but reflect on the incredible journey this past year has been. For many, including myself, it has been a year of challenges, filled with ups, downs, unexpected twists, and turns.

Yet, I find myself overwhelmed with gratitude. Grateful for the growth that emerged, for those who have shared the journey, for the valuable lessons learned, and for the tools that I have to be able to move let go of what no longer serves me.

Here's to embracing the opportunities that 2024 holds, to further growth, to becoming the best version of ourselves, to unconditional love, unlimited abundance, infinite joy and happiness, complete health, amazing adventures and unlimited possibilities. Happy New Year 🌈🌟

Sometimes we don't know why our gut is guiding us a particular way but I know for me that when I follow my gut instinct the outcome is always perfect.

I see many clients who have blocked energy around their heart. Stuck energy around the heart can come from the emotions of , , , , and ....there are other emotions as well. Under those emotions are often of not being lovable, not being worthy, not being deserving and frequent self-criticism. But guess what? You don't need to keep feeling this way. You have a choice. You can decide to change how you feel and best of all it doesn't have to be hard.

When I reflect on my life, I can say that I'm grateful for all of it. The highs, the lows, and everything in between. For without any of it I wouldn't be standing where I am right now. Sure, the journey could have been easier but I wouldn't have grown nor had the experiences I needed to shape where I am.

I'm also grateful for you :)

The truth is, you get to decide if you are happy or not. No one else can make you happy. True happiness comes from within. The journey doesn't need to be painful or hard. But it will be 100% worth it 😃
