What's next?

Well.. we figured these days mental health and a positive mindset is just as important as a nutritional smoothie in your belly

How many of you set goals?

I never knew much about setting goalsuntil I found this community that we are apart of

Being around likeminded people can lift your mood dramatically

That's why we have created our midweek mindfuel sessions!!

We have team up wirh some of the other leadership on the coast and are really focused on helping the sunny coast and surrounding community focus on getting that healthy brain fuel we always need

Beginning tomorrow evening, Luke has opened up his space for us to all get together and begin working as a team taking mindset personal dev sessions each weds fortnight

Last week was such a buzz seeing all your beautiful faces for the last time in the Caloundra space

We are forever grateful for everyone that has supported whilst being open as a nutrition club

It's definitely not the end ...

Keep an eye out on the socials as we may have the doors closed to our smoothies but our mission of helping you enjoy the nutrition from home, and work on your health, making sustainable changes and have FUN, lives on!

It's not a goodbye, just a goodbye for now!

This dream of having a healthy on the go options smoothie bar finally turned into a reality a little over a year and a half ago and now it's time for an exciting new chapter of redirection and expansion

The friendships we have made, the conversations over the bar, the relationships built in the surrounding community of Caloudra with the businesses have been incredible and I can't be more grateful 🙏🏻

We are just taking a redirection where we will be expanding into the community more in a way where we can be in your space and also be able to support you with your health goals from home (meaning you can learn how to make that ferrero fudge everyday for breakky if you like 😛)

This is an exciting new chapter we are looking forward to, we suggest you keep your eyes and ears peeled on social media for updates and more details on where we are headed in the future

We look forward to seeing you for our final sling

This beautiful lady has been in the health and wellness industry for over 28 years so she has extensive knowledge in the field of what she does now which is an energy and wellness practitioner
