🧘‍♀️ Next week sees us resume our normal weekly teaching schedule @ Yoga by Kel studio.

There are a few covers as I am away at Baillie’s Yoga Retreat in Tasmania 8-12 January.

It is always best to book in directly with the class teacher to secure a spot. Sometimes our classes fill up quickly and we do have limited space in our small studio.

We are air conditioned for comfort on these hot summer days 🥵 We do also offer all props at no extra charge. Plenty of spare yoga mats are here if you need. Of course, feel free to bring your own as many students prefer to.

🎄 As we approach Christmas next week, please find our timetable for the week starting Monday, 22 December 2025.

We have a reduced timetable as the teachers rest up and recharge ready for the New Year. From the bottom of our hearts to yours we thank you for your support of our yoga space in 2025.

I know I am speaking on behalf of all of our wonderful teachers when I say how blessed we are to have the opportunity to teach you all. We love our yoga community and wish you all a wonderful Christmas time.

🧘‍♀️ November Timetable 🧘‍♀️

Our November timetable sees the addition of a new class - Vinyasa Flow - Friday 5.45am to 6.30am (45 minute class). Only $15 drop in rate or $10 for those who have attended any other classes at the studio during the week.

Baillie is trialing 2 back to back Evening Flows on Tuesday. The first class starts at 4.30pm and the second class starts at 5.45pm (both classes run for 1 hour).

I am Bali bound this morning for 2 weeks ✈️ I will be bringing in the New Year from the beach on Sanur with my mum and my older brother, Peter tonight.

Taygan is offering an Evening Flow at 5.30pm on Tuesday, 2 January (our first class for 2024).

Monday 6am - Move & Meditate (Baillie)
Tuesday 9am - Yoga Flow (Baillie)

Sat 7am & 8.15am - Beginner Pilates - Fundamentals (Nicole)

🙌 Exciting news - Taygan’s Friday evening Yin Class starting this Friday will now be a permanent weekly class (75 minute class)
🙌 Nicole from is offering 2 Beginner Pilates (Fundamentals) classes starting from this Saturday. Classes start at 7am and 8.15am and both are 45 min long. These classes will include a whole body workout in an encouraging and supportive environment. Classes will end with a mini meditation to reset the nervous system.
