Guided by a local Balinese elder, this waterfall belongs to a beautiful local family who have cared for this land for generations. Within these waters flows an ancient wisdom — a space to release, to surrender, and to return home to yourself. 💧

As we begin our retreat, we open our hearts to letting go of all that no longer serves, releasing the heaviness we have carried, and cleansing our mind, body and spirit in these healing waters.

This sacred immersion sets the tone for our journey — one of transformation, renewal, and deep remembrance.

We let the water wash away the old and awaken the new within us. 🌺

✨💫 My heart is absolutely BURSTING right now… I honestly can’t believe it — I’ve been nominated and am officially a FINALIST as a Sound Healer! 🥹💖

Sound has always been more than “work” for me. It’s my soul, my purpose, my way of helping others reconnect to themselves, to healing, and to balance. To know that this calling is being recognised in such a way fills me with so much gratitude, humility, and fire for what’s ahead. 🔥

This is only the beginning. 🌟 This year is huge — I’ll be releasing my **first ever book** (a true dream come true!) and launching my **Certified Sound Therapy Course**, which will allow me to share the tools and wisdom I’ve gathered with others ready to step into this beautiful practice.
