🛌 Sleep: Treat it like training. Aim 7–8 hrs, dark room, no doom scroll before bed.
🍽️ Food: Build plates, not cravings - protein + colour + smart carbs/fats.
🤯 Stress: Walks, breath work, boundaries. (Emails don’t need you at 10pm.)
🚶 Daily movement: Steps, mobility, play. Little bits add up big time.
