We are seeking a friendly and reliable Admin Assistant to join our team on a casual basis. This role involves helping with front desk tasks, scheduling, patient care, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greeting and assisting patients
• Managing appointments and phone inquiries
• Supporting the chiropractor with basic clinical tasks
• Maintaining a clean and organized space
What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A positive, professional attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
