Mark Arrindell Osteopathy Osteopathy is a gentle, safe and effective form of treatment that can help most types of aches and pains, for all ages from newborn to the elderly.

Mark has been practicing Osteopathy for more than 20 years and in 2005 was voted by Tatler Magazine as one of the top Osteopaths in the UK. During the 30 minute appointment, Mark will help reduce inflamed tissues with varying techniques using soft tissue massage, ultrasound, electrotherapy, laser and dry needling. He will stretch & massage to balance and loosen the muscular system before specific gentle manipulation of joints, if needed. Conditions treated:
Sports injuries, RSI, Sciatica, Back Pain, Neck Pain, Headaches, Joint & Muscle Strain, Rheumatic & Arthritic Pain, Post Surgery, and Colic in Babies. No Referral Needed.
