Om Shanti Well Beings Om Shanti Well Beings is a boutique space holding Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow, Beginners, Meditation, Tea ceremonies & Restorative as well as Retreats.

Come in and enjoy a class with a community of like-minded souls. All levels are welcome. I invite you to come and try a flowing, vinyasa style yoga class, or meditation class among a community of like-minded souls. During your practice you will experience a connection within, balancing body and soul and calming your mind. Move your body through beautiful flowing poses while connecting to your brea

th and finishing with a short meditation. In each class, you will feel a sense of peace and wellbeing in a safe place that welcomes everyone and everybody. At Om Shanti classes are kept small to allow you to enjoy a more personalized and intimate experience. Care is taken with each student to create a practice that is perfect for where you are at. Our new Monday morning Vinyasa class is a traditional flow that invites you to build heat in the body, strengthen your muscles, and reconnect with your breath. Held at 9:15 am, this 75-minute session offers space to really drop into your practice without rushing.

Whether youโ€™re looking to challenge yourself or simply carve out space in your week to feel good in your body, you are welcome here. This class is open to all levels, with variations offered so you can meet yourself just as you are.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is slow down. Our Wednesday morning Slow Flow class is an opportunity to move with intention, to breathe deeply, and to really feel your way through each posture.

This is a strong practice, but not fast-paced. Youโ€™ll build strength and flexibility while creating space to truly listen to your body. Itโ€™s a midweek pause that helps you reset and reconnectโ€”moving not to chase a shape, but to feel grounded and alive in your own rhythm.

An invitation to pause.

Every Monday evening at 6:45 PM, we gather the quiet, cosy studio in Caloundra West for 75 minutes of pure rest and relaxation.

This is a space to slow down, to soften, and to take a gentle breath away from the busyness of life.

With the support of bolsters, pillows and blankets, youโ€™ll be guided through a small number of restful, fully supported postures that help ease tension from the body and quiet the mind.

Itโ€™s a practice of stillness, of allowing yourself to simply be.

We close with a calming head massage using organic balm and a warm herbal tea, a nourishing ritual to carry you into a peaceful night.

Bookings are essential, and everyone is welcome โ€” especially if youโ€™re craving space to rest.

My home studio holds space for just eight people at a time. In that small group, something beautiful happens: people feel safe, supported, and connected, not only to the practice but to each other.

One of the things I love most about yoga is how it gently holds up a mirror. The way I show up on the mat often reflects how I move through life. Some days feel steady, others are softer and slower. The practice meets me wherever I am.

This is what I hope to offer in each classโ€”a place where you can come just as you are. No expectations. Just a chance to move, breathe, and be with yourself for a little while.

The next term begins on July 21. There are six weekly classes to choose from, including vinyasa, gentle flow, slow flow, and restorative.

A new 10-week term of yoga begins on July 21, and with it comes the addition of two extra classesโ€”creating a little more space for those who are wanting to begin or return to their practice.

Over the years, this small studio has grown into something really special. Classes are intentionally kept smallโ€”just 8 studentsโ€”so that each person feels seen and supported. Thereโ€™s no pressure to be anything other than yourself.

Whether you prefer to move slowly, restore deeply, or explore flow with a little more energy, the timetable offers a variety of options across Monday and Wednesday.

Our Story

My name is Katriena and I have been running yoga classes and retreats for three years on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. I love what practicing yoga has done for my body, my mind, my spirit and my overall emotional well-being.

I invite you to join me on a journey of vinyasa style yoga classes at my boutique yoga studio at Caloundra, where you will enjoy an intimate yoga class with no more then 7 people. During your practice you will experience a connection within, balancing body and soul and claiming the mind. Through beautiful flowing poses, to finishing with a short meditation you will feel a sense of peace and well being in a safe place that welcomes everyone and everybody.
