Our new Monday morning Vinyasa class is a traditional flow that invites you to build heat in the body, strengthen your muscles, and reconnect with your breath. Held at 9:15 am, this 75-minute session offers space to really drop into your practice without rushing.
Whether youโre looking to challenge yourself or simply carve out space in your week to feel good in your body, you are welcome here. This class is open to all levels, with variations offered so you can meet yourself just as you are.
