From the very first conversation, I could tell this was more than just a job to them, they genuinely cared about my son, even before they had met him.
The team went above and beyond their roles, and when my son moved into his Supported Independent Living accommodation, he wasn’t just moving into a house, he was welcomed into a family. The staff care for him as if he were their own, supporting him to grow into the best version of himself. Their dedication, kindness and nurturing spirit have made all the difference, and my son absolutely adores his new family.
