Emily is an integrated healer, teacher, author and alchemist who is passionate about creating transformational tools . The list is endless.

Her passion is to alchemise frequency into an elixir that will nurture, balance and heal, the mind, body and soul. To introduce myself, I am Emily Kisvarda and I work with adults and children in times of vulnerability, grief and crisis, giving them everyday life tools to support their journey of self-healing and self-discovery. ut crisis, both medical and emotional, but my greatest learning has come through my own life experiences which have led me on a journey of spiritual discovery. In 2004 I lost my brother-in-law to a drug overdose and then 2 weeks later my husband died of cancer. Three years after my husband’s passing my mother tragically lost her short fight to breast cancer. I have four beautiful children, all of whom have experienced devastating grief and have dealt with their loss on an individual level. Life has been very hard at times, to say the least. To cope I turned to natural healing to help me endure my own grief whilst still being available to help my children. Even though I come from a very clinical background I found I was drawn to learn about and then eventually work with Reiki and other forms of energy healing intuitively as well as learning about crystals. The longer I have worked with crystals and used integrated healing within my work, I realised the potential of incorporating my knowledge and understanding into creating divine templates and producing high quality vibrational essences. Over time, I have discovered how beautiful it is to not only work with crystals but also sacred geometry, colour, sound, animals and all elements of nature, from twigs, fruit, flowers, leaves, bark, feathers and herbs. I feel I have discovered “The Music of the Spheres”, the ability of adding the ingredients of sound, light, frequencies, as well as Galactic and Earth rhythms to produce the most amazing ‘music composition’. Each template and essence in which I birth, are unique and each hold their own energy frequency and thus will work at different levels, through our subtle bodies and into our physical body. Both can be used in many ways and work wonderfully as a complimentary therapy with other modalities you may be working with as well. Any crisis within our lives can trigger some form of emotional and mental response. There are ways we can learn to acknowledge, control and heal these situations. By doing this we ultimately can see the gift within the crisis and rise above it whilst taking what we need from the situation to heal on a mental, physical, emotional and spiritual level. They are seen as a complimentary therapy that can be used in conjunction with medical treatment. Do you believe the builders of Avebury may have intentionally chosen or positioned stones that seemed alive—like guardians watching over the circle?

I captured the essence of this stone the day I was in Avebury. The actual positioning of this stone is as if it were placed looking directly at the Red Lion Pub. Of course this stone is around 5000 years old and the pub around 400 years old.

My first thought was a lion, then a bear and to a lesser extent maybe a horse. I put a few words together for each animal. Which one of any of these 3 did you choose? If none, what did you see?

Lion - Symbolically, the lion is such a powerful guardian and solar figure—standing watch, radiating strength and presence.
🦁 Lion – Strength, courage, and guardianship of sacred space.
🐻 Bear – Inner power, protection, and connection to the earth.
🐴 Horse – Freedom, journeys, and the spirit of adventure.

As the One becomes the Two, I take a deep breath in.
Darkness begins to dissolve into light as the void gives way to form — the physical begins to bloom from the unseen.

I see my mirror — light and shadow.
I learn the eternal dance of life, death, and rebirth, returning to the womb again and again…
To rediscover life.
To learn how to open my heart to love — again and again — from self to soul, both my own and another’s.

I am She — Maiden, Mother, Crone.
I see divine union.
I feel creation.
And I birth through the womb of the Goddess —
the sacred intersection of spirit and matter.

✨ Avebury Under the Stars ✨
Last night, I stood and lay beneath an ancient sky, surrounded by the silent sentinels of Avebury. The stones glowed under the moonlight, casting long shadows like memories reaching across time. There was a hum in the earth, a rhythm that felt older than language—a presence that invited deep stillness and remembrance.

As the constellations wheeled overhead, I felt the veil thin. The land spoke in whispers—of the ones who came before, of rites once held here, of a frequency that still lives within the stone. The sheep lay curled at their feet like guardians in rest, and for a moment, everything—past, present, and beyond—felt like it existed all at once.

From the Chalice well - a place of creation, purification, and remembrance of the feminine mysteries, to the Tor - the spiral path, the serpent energy that ascends from root to crown.

The alchemical waters of the red spring at the Chalice rich in iron, symbolising life-force, blood, and the sacred feminine. They’re linked with the womb of the Earth, giving it powerful regenerative and healing qualities.

To the Abbey and the Lady chapel and crypt. Another convergence and immersion of the sacred feminine. What a day . Absolutely beautiful.

One very special moment was at the chalice well. We were dipping our feet into the water and a beautiful white dove landed next to us and started drinking from the flowing stream. A sign of inner peace and soul harmony. I Felt that I’m being guided . Very grateful .

Today was a day of a couple of eerily haunting sites that included a wedge tomb and a dolmen.

These sites aren’t just archaeological—they’re energetic, memory holders, and sometimes, the guardians of these places are not meant to be awakened lightly. These spirits need a lot of respect, especially when you step inside an area where the veil has thinned.

This is Gaulstown dolman. I FaceTimed my daughter from here after giving a small offering and sitting with the energy. My daughter is highly psychic and has always had the ability to see. She truly carries the energy of an oracle seer. Let’s just say I was outta there not Long after that. What she described blew my mind.

There’s something ancient in this land — carved into stone, held in silence. From Newgrange to Knowth, Loughcrew, Fourknocks, and the Hill of Tara (that I have seen thus far)… the rocks speak.

Phoenix Gateway Origins - Rise Like the Phoenix

I am Emily Kisvarda, an integrated healer, author, researcher, alchemist, teacher and lifelong student of learning and accessing higher knowledge and wisdom.

In 2004 I lost my husband to cancer, 2 weeks prior, my brother in law to an overdose and tragically, my mother passed away 3 years later. I have four beautiful children, who at the time were aged under 10. My world seemed to crumble beneath me as my foundations were completely shattered through my eyes.

My early career on the wards as a registered nurse taught me a lot about crisis, both medical and emotional, but my greatest learning came through my own life experiences of pain, loss, grief and despair. I led myself on a journey of spiritual awakening and discovery.

In 2010 I changed my business name to Phoenix Gateway. The Phoenix is a mythical bird that lives for around 500 years. The bird is often connected to the sun, representing power and strength. At the end of its life, it bursts into flames, only to be reborn from the ashes. Through the cycle of birth, death and rebirth, the Phoenix rises again through the Earth’s Gateway and transforms, having released the old paradigm, to make way for the new and bring with it the new frequencies. What I have learnt on the journey so far, is that the only permanency in life, is change. To be able to gain greater understanding, we must embrace all that has been dealt to us because these lessons become our greatest gifts and each time, we tap further into the ancient wisdoms that have laid dormant within our cellular structure, we re-awaken the Seed of the Soul, that is, the seed of eternal existence.
