May is the perfect time to start ramping up on all the immune boosting foods that you can handle in a sitting as we head into the winter months. As you know, we’re massive advocates for using food as medicine, and Regi’s Immune Boosting Mushroom Soup is no exception. Mushrooms, onion, garlic, rosemary, thyme, apple cider vinegar – need we say more?!

Regi’s recipe is 100% plant based, however, you could always add in some of your freezer stash of bone broth for added gut healing benefits, if you do include some animal products in your diet.

We love adding jewels of pomegranate to salads that have a bit more guts to add some tart sweetness and beautiful colour. This salad can be made for a full 5 days of lunches at the start of the week to grab and go…
Thinly sliced cavolo nero or kale leaves, leftover cooked quinoa or freekeh, a handful of mixed seeds, pomegranate arils, and a light dressing. You can also top with some grilled haloumi, leftover chicken, lightly roasted cashews or chickpeas for some added protein.

The Health & Wellbeing Studio was established in 2012 with a clear vision to provide a wide range of quality, professional health services to our community, whilst also providing a friendly and supportive environment for health professionals to work and grow their businesses.

Today the Studio provides a variety of complementary therapies including:

- Naturopathy

- Osteopathy

- Podiatry

- Counselling

- Chiropractic

- NET

- Myotherapy

Our clinic has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. All rooms have high ceilings, a large window allowing for natural light, wooden floor boards, dimmable lighting, heating and cooling.

Room 1: Ground floor, smaller consult space. Available on a half day and daily basis on various days and times including every second weekend.

Room 2: The room is upstairs on level 1, is large in size (3.9x5.2m). This room is ideal for small group Mat Pilates Classes, Yoga Classes, Meditation Classes, Health and Wellness education events, group classes and programs. The room currently contains some Pilates Equipment located on the sides of the room (reformer is no longer in the room), leaving a large open room for you to set up and use as you wish. Available Monday – Sunday 8am – 8pm on an hourly, half day and full day basis. Fulltime lease options are also available.

Rent Pricing:

Room 1:

Half day 6hrs: $70 excl. GST (8am - 2pm or 2.30pm - 8.30pm)

Full day 12hrs: $100 excl. GST



Room 2:

Hourly $30 excl GST

5 Hours - $140 excl GST

Full Day – $180 excl GST



NOTE: Hours rented includes the time it takes to set up, pack up and clean the room ready for the next person. There is opportunity to negotiate fees should you wish to take on more than one rental session on a permenant basis. Reception can be provided at an extra cost.

***Those with recurring bookings or who have booked in advanced for a health and wellness event may apply for signage in the waiting area and advertisement on our social media and websites.

Figs are back, kids!!
For their fleeting season, we love adding fresh or grilled figs to salads and grazing platters for flavour, sweetness and texture. Throw together a few handfuls of peppery rocket leaves, sliced figs, a handful of walnuts and a simple dressing for a gorgeous salad, or pair some BBQ’d quartered figs with some crumbled goats cheese, a few thyme leaves and a drizzle of honey for a snazzy starter or dessert.
Figs are a good source of fibre, copper and vitamins B5 and B6.
