Expecting Mamas- moments of stillness/ just breathing and connecting with your baby can be hard to cultivate in this busy day and age.
Prenatal yoga offers you time to explore ...
- breathing techniques
- safe stretches
- strengthening work
- pelvic floor excersises
- a chance to slow down and reflect on your journey thus far and a safe space to let all the emotions surface
- an opportunity to rub your belly and send some love and good thoughts to that little life growing inside of you.
^ those last two are especially important :)
So as you can see here in this pic (about ready to pop) I’ve been where you are, you can trust that your teacher will guide you safely in and out of yoga poses and when you say “you’re feeling a bit blah, emotional, sore, tired, spacey” 🤪😅 I get it!!
