It took 3 treatments of Tuina and acupuncture to get rid of the pain from Plantar Fasciitis on this former Pro Footy Player. Now to get rid of the last 10% which is related to the origin of the problem: the contracted and dorsiflexed toes pulling on the plantar fascia - caused by having to squeeze into smaller footy boots!
