Headaches can be difficult to pin down.
In this case, one patient had already done the right thing and sought help from multiple health professionals. But the pain kept returning, and the usual explanations did not fully account for what was going on.
What stood out to us was the neck.
By addressing tension through the neck, shoulders, jaw and cervical spine with a gentle osteopathic approach, the headaches eased significantly over time.
This is a reminder that persistent pain does not always have one simple cause. Sometimes it needs a wider lens.
