Y and I have returned home from ...
I wanted to say a huge thank you for making it extremely successful and less stressful, especially when airports and planes were involved as a result of your hypnotherapy.
Y didn't have a single panic attack on the planes, didn't reach for my hand during take-offs and landings...We had turbulence on all flights, but her reactions were vastly reduced and more relaxed than it has been on previous shorter flights.
We have flights in 3 weeks, so my fingers are crossed for the same result. You've opened up her world.
