Its almost that time of year where my body thanks me for some rest.
My last day of the year will be Monday 22nd December. I will be returning to the clinic on the 12th January 2026.

Currently there is no availability for an appointment unless I have a cancellation. You can be notified of any cancellations if you have requested a waiting list spot.

A massive thank you for an amazing 2025 with you all. It is never lost on me, the wonderful clients I have been blessed with. No matter how often you have stepped through my door this year, I am always grateful to see your face and help you leave feeling that little bit better.

The 2026 calendar is open for bookings.

You know the saying “No pain, no gain”? Yeah… let’s leave that at the door.
Pain isn’t a badge of honor—it’s your body’s way of waving a red flag and saying, 'Hey, sonethings not right!'

Here’s the deal:
✅ Some pain is okay, like the sore muscles you feel after a good workout (hello, progress!).
🚫 But sharp, persistent, or random pain? That’s your body begging for attention—not to be pushed harder.

So, what should you do?
🔹 Listen to your body: Rest when it hurts.
🔹 Identify the cause: Is it posture? Overtraining? Lack of recovery?
🔹 Get some help: Massage can ease tension, improve mobility, and speed up recovery.

💡 Pro Tip: Working through the right kind of pain leads to gains. Ignoring the wrong kind leads to injuries (and a lot of regret).

There has been some deep reflection over the recent Christmas break in regard to who I am as a Remedial Massage Therapist and where I'd like to head as a therapist.

Every client I’ve worked with in 2024 has left an imprint. Your trust, resilience, and dedication to your own health have not only inspired me but also motivated me to evolve continuously in my craft.

In every session, I aim to do more than just treat the symptoms; I strive to understand the complexities of the human body and tailor my approach to address the root causes of discomfort. This process is a partnership—your openness and feedback guide me as much as my knowledge and skills guide you.

In 2025, I am committed to refining my techniques, expanding my understanding of rehabilitation, and integrating the latest evidence-based practices into my work. My goal is to provide a service that not only relieves pain but also empowers you to move better, live better, and feel better.

As a small business owner, I’ve always worked hard to provide high-quality remedial massage treatments at a price that reflects the care, skill, and dedication I bring to every session.

I’ve held off on making any changes for as long as I could, but with the rising costs of all taht entails running a business and staying relevant as a trained therapist, I can no longer absorb these increases without compromising the service you deserve.

From 1st Feb '25, there will be a small price adjustment for all remedial massage treatments. This decision hasn’t been made lightly, and I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.

My goal has always been to help you move, heal, and feel your best—and I remain committed to providing exceptional care tailored to your needs.

Thank you for trusting me with your health and well-being. It means the world to me to be part of your journey.
