If your ni**le is rubbing, hurting or turning white when you pump… this is for you 🤍

Because most women are using the WRONG fl**ge size.

And it can affect:
* your milk supply
* your comfort
* your entire pumping journey

Here’s how to check your size 👇

✨ Step 1: Measure your ni**le (not the ar**la)
Use a ruler or ni**le measuring tool and measure in mm

✨ Step 2: Add 2–3mm
This gives your ni**le room to move without rubbing

✨ Step 3: That number = your fl**ge size

For example:
14mm ni**le → 17mm fl**ge

Not 24mm. Not 27mm.
(Those are just standard sizes—not your size)

🤍 Signs your fl**ge is TOO BIG:
* too much ar**la being pulled in
* ni**le swelling excessively
* lower milk output
* feeling like it’s just “not working”

🤍 Signs it’s TOO SMALL:
* ni**le rubbing the sides
* pain or blanching (white ni**le)
* cracking or damage

And here’s the part no one tells you—

Your size can change over time.
Postpartum. Hormones. Even time of day.

So if something feels off… trust that.

You don’t need to “push through” pumping pain.

You just need the right fit 🌿

Save this for later
or send it to a mum who’s pumping right now 🤍

Those soft little neck folds can be so easy to miss, especially in those early days when everything still feels new.

Milk dribbles, spit up, sweat, and little bits of fluff can settle in there without you noticing. Because your bub’s neck is often curled in, that skin stays warm and moist, which is where irritation can start.

A gentle lift, a soft wipe, and making sure the area is dry can make such a difference in keeping that delicate skin comfortable. Nothing harsh, nothing over the top, just a small moment of care in your day.

If you notice any redness, a rash, or a smell that doesn’t feel quite right, it is always okay to have it checked.

Sometimes it is the tiniest, most hidden spots that need the most love. 🤍

If you need support with recovery, feeding, or just a bit of reassurance, I’m here.

It hits in a way you don’t expect.

Seeing them uncomfortable, not quite themselves, and wishing you could swap places in a heartbeat.

You watch a little closer, listen a little harder, and stay right there beside them through it all.

Even on the hard days, that closeness matters more than you realise.

If something doesn’t feel right, or you just want a bit of guidance and reassurance, you don’t have to work it out on your own. I’m here for you.

If your baby is unsettled, windy or hard to soothe, this may help.

I’m now offering a small, gentle Baby Massage Circle in my Camden clinic.

This is a 4-week course where I guide you to confidently massage your own baby, supporting:

• colic and reflux
• wind and digestion
• feeding and settling
• connection and calm

Many babies hold tension after birth, and sometimes this shows up in feeding or fussiness.

When we gently support their body, everything can start to feel a little easier.

This is not a big class. It’s a small, supportive space (maximum 6 mums) where you can:
• feed
• cuddle
• go at your baby’s pace
⸻
Suitable from 4–6 weeks to pre-crawling
Starts Monday 4 May
10:00am – 11:00am
Camden
⸻
Includes:
• Massage oil
• Step-by-step booklet
• USB with guided instructions
⸻
$220 for the full 4-week course
Limited to 6 spaces

As Cesarean Awareness Month comes around, it brings up an important conversation that doesn’t always get the space it deserves.

There’s a quiet way people sometimes talk about caesarean birth.

As though it was the easier path. As though your body didn’t go through much. As though recovery should be simple.

But for many women, it doesn’t feel simple.

Because while you were meeting your baby, your body was also coming out of surgery. Healing layers. Managing pain. Adjusting hormonally. Beginning recovery.

And there isn’t always space for that to be acknowledged.

If your birth was a caesarean and it felt like a lot - physically or emotionally - that makes sense.

Nothing about that is small.

If you’re in the early days now, you deserve support, rest, and care as your body heals.

And if you’re preparing for birth, this is something worth understanding ahead of time, so you’re not left wondering why it feels the way it does.

If you need support with recovery or feeding, I’m here.
