I put on my tights today to do my yogasana practice. Not that you need to wear tights to do yogasana, but it’s something I haven’t done in many years because I’ve been too ashamed of my body and the weight I’ve put on through menopause. Lately I’ve been seeing so many inspirational women who love their bodies regardless of the shape, it’s helped me to realise I need to love this body of mine, in all its forms. So instead of being ashamed, I’m going to be grateful for all the wonderful experiences I’ve had in this body and love my shape in all its glory!

After a very successful first class at home instead of in other people’s spaces, I’m very excited to announce that I’m starting a second class on Wednesday evenings.

The Wednesday class will start at 7pm finish at 8.15pm and be guaranteed to help you float home and to sleep.

Classes are small (6) and personal. Bookings via the website (see links).
