Whooping cough is very infectious and spreads easily from one person to another. It affects people of all ages and can be life threatening in babies. Are you up to date with your vaccination? It should be every 10 years or every 5 if there is a new baby.

* We asked some staff what are their favourite Christmas traditions are:
* Christmas eve dinner with family and watching the carols trying to sing
* Taking the kids to see the Christmas lights with a slushie
* Christmas breakfast on the BBQ
* Christmas morning watching the kids opening gifts with such excitement
* We always make a night of looking at the Christmas lights, our favourite last year was the light and music show in Harrington Park.
