An exercise Teille recommends for better core activation and pelvic control 🔥

Tilt your pelvis back as if pressing your lower back against the floor.
Hold that position and take normal breaths.
Slowly move one leg outward, bring it back to center, then repeat on the other side.

This helps improve deep core engagement, stability, and control of your pelvis during movement. 💪
