Constant tightness does not always mean your body just needs more stretching.

Sometimes muscles tighten because they are working overtime trying to support areas that feel tired, weak, or less stable. Stress, shallow breathing, long hours in the same position, and lack of movement variety can all play a role too.

That is why the answer is not always to stretch harder. In many cases, your body responds better to a mix of movement, strength, recovery, breathing work, and better overall support. 🌱
