It's that time of week again... our Monday Mindset Shift

Do you ever catch yourself thinking:
🔄 “I have to exercise…”?

Try this shift:
✅ “If I can move today, I choose to do it with care.”

Movement is a way to support your body, not punish it. And for many, just a few minutes of gentle movement can help ease tension, reduce pain, or boost energy.

💡 Movement doesn’t have to be perfect, big, or intense. It just has to be yours.

✔️ A dance in the kitchen
✔️ A short walk
✔️ Breathing deeply in your body
✔️ Even imagining movement (yes, that counts too!)

We’re excited to introduce Josh, the newest member of our physiotherapy team! 🎉

Josh brings 6 years of experience as a disability support worker, as well as working as a physiotherapist for 5 years in the Aged and Disability Sector.

Outside of work Josh likes exploring the outdoors, travelling, and enjoying a strong connection with his family and culture.

He speaks Spanish fluently and enjoys learning new languages to better connect with his clients. "Treat them like family" is his motto, and he looks forward to working with clients on their rehab journey.
