I am so blessed to come from a long line of healers, psychics and fun seekers, and even more blessed to share this lineage with my amazing children. I am so incredibly proud of the truly good people they are.

I’m excited to announce that will be joining the Institute as a teacher and a healer. Samyra will be bringing an exciting yoga program, reiki, and so much more to the space, including her big beautiful heart and warm smile.

In other exciting news, we have returned to our upstairs premises in Camden Arcade. There are proposed renovations that will be taking place to allow for a bigger yoga studio, workshop and healing space. In the meantime we will continue to hold sessions in the space as is, with the amazing energy that already fills it. We want this to be a place of love and healing where everyone feels welcome.

The website has been updated and we are looking forward to bringing you more in moving forward. The Institute is founded on family and we want you to be part of ours. ❤️

In a recent workshop we had a powerful moment in which we spoke about replacing the words “have to” with “get to”. Every time you find yourself saying you have to do something, try saying instead that you get to do it.

It creates an instant mindset shift. All of sudden, you find yourself feeling lucky that you get to do the washing, clean your car, visit your family… and the list goes on…

Give it a try, especially if you’re feeling a bit flat. It also makes you realise that you don’t really have to do anything and that everything is a choice based on consequences you’re willing to accept. It is really empowering.

More so, it makes you realise that you are so lucky that you get to do things, that as mundane and annoying they may be for you, there are people out there that wish they got to!

Just finished filming the tarot collective for the week and we ended on this card which I love soooooo much that I just have to share. It also helps that I absolutely adore Hemingway!

DID YOU MISS SOMETHING???

Oooh the energy of these last five days has been INTENSE!!! Have you been noticing issues around relationships coming to the surface? If you have, you’re most certainly not alone. The universe is telling you that now is the time to get it right and to be very careful of what you take into 2026.

Every year we find ourselves saying that next year will be better. This time, it’s really going to be different. We are entering a year of a ONE, and my favourite year if I do say so myself… the year of THE HORSE.

Those of us who leave this year clean, and with solid intention, action, and commitment to what we really want are going to reap the greatest rewards. The energy of 2026 doesn’t reward “sh*t talk” for lack of better words, laziness, or energy going into the wrong places.

This is it beautiful people… clean up time. Whatever you’ve missed cleaning up this year, you are being urged to do it now!! Remove exes and bad energy from your phone and your socials. Be serious about embracing something new and let go of the past and actions and behaviours that are beneath you. Make the cut. You’re not that person anymore. You’ve grown. Honour your amazing success and let your whole being reflect that.

Have a clear goal on where you want to go LONG TERM in your life, let the past go with gratitude, and you will find that the current moment will feel like bliss. This is the beginning of a long cycle so what you do now is going to set the tone for years to come. Make a vision board, make a list of what you want, make your screensaver a picture of what you want the most, mark a special note in your wallet for continual growth in abundance…. There’s so much you can do to begin the process of bringing your dreams into reality.

Looking forward to announcing some big changes next week!!! In the meantime I’ve just done a mini update on the website with new Intimate Group Reading Sessions, the opening of our first Online Tarot Collective for 2026 and some limited availability for online tarot readings.

I’ve also corrected a glitch in the system which now allows for the Wellness Immersion sessions at my home to be booked for Saturday the 10th of January.

Thank you so very much for my surprise!! I used the nine vibrational essence this year and wow!! This stuff is powerful and you are amazing!! I cannot recommend this enough!! I can’t even begin to put into words how much this means to me, and how it appeared on my doorstep at the most perfect time.❤️

2026 is a great energy for taking care of our health and wellbeing no matter what activities or supports we choose that resonate with us to do so. The energy has started shifting already. It’s all about new beginnings and coming back better and stronger than ever before. Bring it on I say!

Have you stopped to consider that this moment, right now, will never come again?

Time is our most valuable currency. Make a choice today to live in each moment and spend it well.

Appreciating time helps us to keep things in perspective. Being present in the moment makes our lives feel more meaningful and purposeful.

No matter what you are doing right now, stop, take a deep breath, and be grateful for this moment. You’ll have many more, but you won’t have this one again. Smile knowing just how lucky you are. Life, despite all the hiccups, really is good! ❤️

I generally avoid commenting on political or religious issues, although the recent Bondi shootings deeply impacted me and so many people I know on a very deep level. It feels wrong to post about anything else without acknowledging this tragedy. My prayers are with the victims of this horror and with the community at large. I am truly heartbroken.

As devastating as this is, I urge you all to please not enter into hate, prejudice, and racism. We must not become what hurts us… then it wins. No peace or resolution is ever born from retaliation. Let’s not lower ourselves.

As I watch media campaigns that incite more divide I am deeply concerned about our community and our world. If we stand up for what is right and just with love, we will win. Please be mindful of who and what you listen to, and let’s work on creating a culture of justice and peace.

Let’s start with practicing acceptance and understanding in our own homes and our community connections on a personal level. Let each and every one of us work together to set the standard of what is acceptable in our community. We live in a beautiful country and we aren’t people that hate. It’s just not Australian. As we honour the lives of the lost let’s stay that way and do it with love. They deserve our love. Please please please don’t let the hate in. It is unjust, and we can be angry and hurt but we cannot become what hurt us.

Today’s Message From Spirit…

DON’T PLAY GAMES… SPEAK AND ACT YOUR TRUTH!

If you have found yourself falling into the trap of feeling that you need to teach someone a lesson by playing games to prove a point, or if you are acting in a certain way in hope for a reaction or resolution, you are being called to stop. Spirit asks you not to take it as a criticism, but a means of empowerment.

Communicating our needs and feelings to others isn’t easy at the best of times, although putting up walls and playing games while we are secretly yearning or hoping for an outcome on the inside, often leads to breakdowns when we are hoping for breakthroughs.

There is always the fear that if we honestly say and do what is in our hearts that we may be hurt, rejected, or let down. Our sense of pride and need for self protection tell us to speak and act contrary to what is really happening for us on an emotional level.

Make a conscious decision to be brave and act in alignment with what you really feel not what you think keeps you “safe” or in control. The result may not be the one you hoped for, but it is the one that was going to eventuate either way, although by acting and speaking from the heart it will be quicker, cause less pain and possibly heal it, allow you closure and peace, save your energy, and allow you to hold your head high with true integrity.

The direct path is the one that brings greater rewards. Don’t enter into the games others play with you. Never become what has hurt you.
