Gentle reminder: You don't need to be perfect, productive, or approved by everyone to be worthy of rest and peace.

Take a breath. You are allowed to let go of the list.

Stop the mental noise and come back to the present. 🧘✨

When your thoughts feel loud and overwhelming, your attention is likely stuck inward, making everything feel even bigger. The key is shifting your focus outward to settle your system.

Try this quick grounding exercise from our series:

👀 See: Name three things around you that are the same color, like red, blue, or green.
👂 Hear: Close your eyes and identify two sounds, whether they are close by or far away.
✋ Feel: Notice one physical sensation you can feel right now.

This simple shift brings you out of your head and back into your body. Remember, you don't have to solve every thought right now. Just come back to where you are.

When your internal world feels heavy, the best thing you can do is look outward. This simple 3-2-1 grounding exercise helps pull your attention away from the "what-ifs" and back to the "what is."

The Goal: Not to solve the problem, but to find your footing.

Welcome to our thought-stopping series, where we share quick skills to help you manage anxious thoughts. When your mind keeps looping, it’s often because your brain is trying to solve everything all at once.

Instead of letting those "what-ifs" run your entire day, try setting a Worry Window:
- Set a timer: Give yourself 5 to 10 minutes to just think.
- Write it down: Use this time to write everything down with no filter and no fixing.
- Close the window: When the time is up, put the pen down and gently return to your day.

You aren't ignoring your thoughts; you are simply giving them a specific time and place.
