This week on our Cammeray Massage Therapist Focus we have Sonia N'Dong.

Sonia is a former athlete turned personal trainer who then became a remedial massage therapist. She is now also a practicing Podiatrist (although she does not do Podiatry at Cammeray Massage).

Needless to say, Sonia is very knowledgable in terms of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics.

She will use remedial massage techniques, stretching, and exercise prescription in her sessions and is very popular so book ahead.

Before Paul gained his Australian Diploma in Remedial Massage in 2020, he studied five element acupuncture, massage, aromatherapy, and reflexology in the UK before moving to Australia in 2005.

His treatments may incorporate a variety of different techniques including Remedial Massage, Soft Tissue Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Dry Needling, Acupressure, and meridian balancing.
