--HEAVY LIFTING CLUB--

Fellas working hard during our inaugural session of the Heavy Lifting Club last week. This week will be spent continuing on building the foundations of lifting for our Primary Lifts of the program, Bench/Deadlift/Squat.

Despite the name, Heavy Lifting Club is program for all - whether it be no experience lifting or have been doing it for years. With a scaled periodized programming approach, this enables each person to lift within their programmed weights based of testing data. The first testing block will be run on the 11th of November and this will be the cut off for the initial program.

Anyone who enjoys lifting weights is welcome, message Mitch to gain your Free Trial to the Heavy Lifting Club!

Experimenting with different craft over the last couple of weeks. Check this old ski.
It's always good to mix things up, a change in pace with normal training. Out on the water, new craft and new area of water to train in. Glad the rain stayed away 🤙🏼
