Care Group Community Services was established in 2019, to provide full service support to disadvantaged communities within Western Sydney and has since grown to support the QLD and VIC region. We alleviate hardship through the provision of emergency care and services for people at risk. Our team provide in-depth framework, staffing, support solutions and care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
