At Cambre Inclusive Solution, we believe in the power of slowing down and taking care of ourselves—inside and out. That’s why we celebrated a special Self Care Day, dedicated to relaxation, rejuvenation, and connection.

Our participants enjoyed a variety of self-care activities, from gentle facial cleansing and moisturising, to soothing face masks and fun nail painting sessions. 💖✨

It's important to remember: Self care isn't about being lazy—it’s about being kind to yourself. It’s a vital part of supporting your mental well-being, taking a break from daily stressors, and sharing joyful moments with others.

November Fishing Trip! 🎣☀️

Cambre Inclusive Solutions is heading out for another relaxing day by the water — this time to Swallow Rock Reserve in Gray’s Point!

📅 Friday, November 8th
🕗 8:00am – 4:00pm

Participants are asked to bring a hat, lunch, and any preferred beverages for the day.

Cambre will be providing water, sunscreen, chairs, and all fishing equipment, so everyone is set for a great day outdoors. 🪣🐟

🚦 Road Safety Day 🚦

At Cambre Inclusive Solutions, we take road safety very seriously. Each month, our Day Group participates in a Road Safety Morning, where we focus on teaching and reinforcing important safety skills.

Our participants learn key tips such as how to cross the road safely, the importance of using pedestrian crossings, and how to stay aware while walking along footpaths in both residential and high-traffic areas. These sessions are not only educational but also empowering — helping our participants build confidence and independence in their daily travels.

You’ll also spot some photos from Fiji Day, where our group had the exciting opportunity to sit in a police car and learn firsthand about the important role police play in keeping our communities safe.
