Today, our entire Brilliant Life Services team came together for a company-wide strategic session 😅a day to reflect on 2025, celebrate our achievements, and shape the future of our organisation.

It’s been one of those weeks that feels both long and meaningful 😅

The work we do as specialist clinicians is never light, it takes focus, patience, and care. This week reminded me again how much energy it takes to hold space for others, and how much responsibility comes with being trusted to walk alongside people in some of their hardest moments.

I won’t pretend it’s always easy, there are days that test you and moments that stay with you. But there’s also a deep sense of purpose in seeing small shifts, hearing families feel heard, or noticing when someone takes a step forward, however small.

To my colleagues in this field, I see you. The long hours, the heavy conversations, the quiet persistence. It matters.

Here’s to a weekend of rest, reflection, and recharging so we can step into another week ready to keep showing up for the people who need us most 💪🏻
